The macOS desktop app is the largest piece of the system, and it is deliberately dense — much of what it does is the kind of capability usually reserved for advanced users and management. We are not going to walk through everything; that would take a book, not a post. Instead, think of this as looking through a peephole: a quick pass over the surface, one line per capability, details withheld on purpose.

We stop there on purpose. The universe of solutions this opens is so large that the list above is only a sneak peek at what the system can do. The important part is not the catalogue — it's that you define your workflow, and your workflow filters the multitude of possible tools and applications down to the ones that matter for your business. It's very powerful; the peephole is small by design.
