Structured complex loops, part 2
RAG
A pipeline is a straight line. Real work branches. RAG, retrieval-augmented generation, means the agent looks things up in your own data before it answers, so it works from what your company knows instead of guessing.
A flow you draw
Pick “Run a blocks workflow (RAG)” and you get a canvas. Drag in nodes from the side: agents, workflows, tasks, channels, loops, data sources and memory, then connect them. The example is a company automation in 10 nodes: a phone call transcript comes in, an agent classifies it as a contract or not, a split asks whether it can be handled automatically, and a channel either sends the confirmation or hands it to a person.
Each tick of the loop runs the blocks in the order of their connections, on the schedule you set: every weekday at 09:00, Lisbon time.
A call comes in. The right thing happens.

Loops complexos estruturados, parte 2
RAG
