The direct route to an AI influencer is a paid service. They give the best results in terms of consistency, but they are built on top of the same video models, like Seedance or Kling. The difference is that they tune and smooth the results, so there are no hallucinations in the images or the video.

So I asked AI to write me a prompt for an agent skill. In the agent setup area, go to agent skills, create a new one, call it ai-influencer, paste the prompt below and save.

Then I asked for an influencer in the style of funny art history portraits. It is not my influencer yet, but the results are consistent: the same character across very different profile pictures, and a talking video. I like the photorealistic look, and it can be worked on from where it is.

The skill

Create a new skill called "ai-influencer", triggered by /ai-influencer, and save it to my skills.

What it does: creates an AI influencer in one run, an image and then a talking video of the same person, and shows both as mini-app cards.

Before spending anything, ask me once:
"About to render 1 portrait (~$0.14) and an 8s talking clip (~$1.12) for <name>. Go?"
Wait for my yes. After that, run everything without stopping.

Steps:
1. From my request, take the name, gender, age, origin, style, niche and tone. Fill in anything missing and say what you picked.
2. Write character.md: the look, the voice, three topics, two example captions, and the line "Openly AI — every post says so."
3. Image: render one photorealistic, chest-up portrait with google/gemini-3-pro-image, in a minimal dark studio with cyan and amber rim light. Save it as still.png.
4. Write an intro line in the character's voice, about 8 seconds spoken.
5. Video: animate still.png with alibaba/wan-3.0-prime, using it as the first frame: 8 seconds, 720p, 16:9, with audio, the person saying the line. Same face as the still. Don't use Seedance here, because it rejects real faces as a first frame.
6. Check that intro.mp4 has video and sound.
7. Write one index.html card: the video on top with still.png as its poster, then the portrait, the name, a one-line bio, the line as a caption, and an "AI character" label.

How to call the models:
- Use the OpenRouter broker at $AB_ORCH_URL/api/llm-broker/openrouter.ai/v1, with Bearer $AB_AGENT_TOKEN. Never ask for or store a raw key.
- Images: POST chat/completions with modalities ["image","text"].
- Video: POST videos with frame_images first_frame, poll until completed, then download videos/<id>/content?index=0.
- If a call fails with "video needs your own OpenRouter key", tell me to add OpenRouter under Settings → AI → Multimodal, and stop.

Rules:
- If the image fails, don't start the video.
- No real person's face or likeness.
- The card says the character is AI.
- Use relative paths in index.html.

When it's saved, show me the SKILL.md.

Then call it with your own character, for example:

O caminho direto para um influencer de IA é um serviço pago. Dão os melhores resultados em termos de consistência, mas estão construídos sobre os mesmos modelos de vídeo, como o Seedance ou o Kling. Depois pedi um influencer no estilo dos retratos engraçados da história da arte. Ainda não é o meu influencer, mas os resultados são consistentes: a mesma personagem em fotos de perfil muito diferentes, e um vídeo a falar. Gosto do aspeto fotorrealista, e pode ser trabalhado a partir daqui.
