Automating your company, part 3
Online voice receptionist
Hint: watch the video at 2x speed
Every company has a front door: people from the outside who call, ask when you are free and want to book a slot. Someone usually answers them by hand. A voice agent embedded in a plain HTML page can take that job, at any hour.
The idea is simple. Connect your calendar and a hosting platform, describe the receptionist in one note, and the agent builds and publishes the page. Visitors press Start Call and talk to it.
The dry run
One note in Build mode asks for an AI voice receptionist that reads real Google Calendar availability and takes bookings, published through the Netlify connector with no API keys and no backend. The steps are strict: fetch the busy times, compute the free slots (weekdays, 09:00–18:00 Lisbon time, with a buffer around each meeting), then write the page. The Orchestrator builds it, and the Receptionist page answers the call.
This is a quick prototype, not a full demonstration. The booking flow is not shown end to end here, but we have done each piece on other occasions. Treat it as a look at what is possible.

A ideia é simples.
O Orchestrator constrói-a, e a página Receptionist atende a chamada.
